The VC5060H series are 2.5V/3.3V operation LVPECL output oscillator ICs, operating 50 MHz to 175 MHz as 3rd overtone oscillators and 25 MHz to 175 MHz as fundamental oscillators. Multi-stage dividers selectable by version extend frequency range down to 3.125 MHz
Fit easily in 5.0x3.2 mm and 7.0x5.0 mm ceramic packages.
The VC5060H series offer excellent frequency stability and superior (low) phase noise performance.
