CF7060
LVDS, LVPECL, HCSL output oscillator family. 100-320 MHz
The 7060 differential oscillator series has three output types: LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL.
2.5V and 3.3V versions operate 100 to 320MHz and 1.8 volt versions 100MHz to 175MHz.
This family offers fast 400ps maximum TR /TF rise and fall times. Excellent phase noise.
Die is 0.75 x 0.65mm with die thickness of 130 µm (-4 suffix), and will fit 2.5x2.0mm LCC and larger ceramic packages.
Recommended for new designs and upgrades of 5060H, 5061H, 5062 and legacy 5036 and 5037 series.
