The VC70601H series offer 1.8/2.5V/3.3V operation for LVDS, LVPECL, and HCSL outputs with typical 200pS rise and fall times and phase noise <100 femtoseconds. Frequency range of operation is 100 MHz to 320 MHz as fundamental or 3rd overtone oscillatorsFit in 3.2x2.5mm, 5.0x3.2 mm, and 7.0x5.0 mm ceramic packages.
The VC7060H series offer excellent frequency stability and superior (low) phase noise performance.
