The 5074B VCXO module IC span the 50-80 MHz range and incorporate an integrated varactor with new oscillator design to improve VCXO oscillation over temperature. The circuit reduces drive level of the crystal for increasing design margins for wide pull-range over the full temperature and range, and new circuit assures proper and clean startup.
