The 5017 series are 3rd overtone crystal oscillator ICs operating from 3 to 5 volts from 30 MHz to 80 MHz The oscillator circuit is comprised of Feedback resistors with good temperature characteristics and oscillation capacitors with excellent frequency response for stable 3rd overtone oscillation. The design is based on 5006 and sized to fit 5.0x3.2 mm and 3.2x2.5 mm packages

Target use: 5.0x3.2 mm and 3.2x2.5 mm package sizes and applications requiring good phase noise performance. Also for improved phase noise / lower power applications in 7.0x5.0 mm packages using smaller crystals
