The 5006 crystal oscillator module ICs incorporate current-limited crystal oscillator circuit with built-in high accuracy thin-film resistors and oscillator Cg/Cd capacitors for stable 3rd overtone operation. Large output buffer circuits drive high capacitive loads at 5V and 3.3 volt operation.
Target use: This series span 3, 3.3 and 5V operation for half-size using round crystals and 7.0x5.0 mm using nominal 5.0x2.5 mm AT-Strip and offer high capacitance drive and rugged ESD and latch-up free performance. This series have faster Tr/Tf rise and fall times than 5010 series overtone versions for higher frequency operation.
