The VC5061H series are 2.5V/3.3V operation LVDS output oscillator ICs with typical phase noise of 100 femtoseconds at 156.25 MHz Frequency range of operation is 50 MHz to 175 MHz as 3rd overtone oscillators and 25 MHz to 175 MHz as fundamental oscillators. Multi-stage dividers selectable by version extend frequency range down to 3.125 MHz
Fit easily in 5.0x3.2 mm and 7.0x5.0 mm ceramic packages.
The VC5061H series offer excellent frequency stability and superior (low) phase noise performance.
