The SM3322ARA is an image sensor IC that incorporates a single-element photodiode (photodiode area size: 1mm2) with a color filter for specific wavelength (640nm) built-in. It can correct individual LED unevenness by sensitivity setting using serial interface. Furthermore, built-in dark current correction circuit enables them to operate in temperature range wider than before. In addition ,detection area can be widened by multiple parallel connection in address settings.
