The CF7310 series 20MHz to 170MHz fundamental VCXO CMOS output oscillators specified for operation -40°C to 105°C operation. 7310 incorporates varactor /varicap for low phase noise characteristic and wide frequency pulling range. Small chip size fit in 2520 ceramic LCC package and up to larger 5x7mm packages.
The 7310 CMOS output provide low phase noise operation for communications and industrial applcations with wide pull range and low power operation.
