HCSL oscillator IC 100-170MHz. Low 70fS phase jitter
The 5062H series are 2.5V/3.3V operation, HCSL output oscillator ICs with typical very low phase noise of 70 femtoseconds at 156.25 MHz! Frequency range of operation is 100 MHz to 140 MHz for 3rd overtone oscillation and 100 MHz to 170 MHz fundamental oscillation. Fit easily in 5.0x3.2 mm and 7.0x5.0 mm ceramic packages.
The 5062H series offer excellent frequency stability and superior phase noise performance available as integrated oscillator IC.
