The 5053 series miniature crystal oscillator ICs output frequencies ranging 60 MHz to 170 MHz using fundamental crystals. The oscillator circuit stage incorporates a stable voltage regulator which significantly reduces current consumption and fixes crystal drive current. Excellent PSRR and frequency stability <<1ppm ΔF/ΔV result.

Three (3) pad layout package options enable wide range of ceramic LCC from 7.0x5.0 mm down to 1.6x1.2 mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C
