The 5015 series are 2.5 to 5V fundamental mode operation crystal oscillator ICs for operation up to 60 MHz The ALx series operate at 2.5V and BLx series span operation from 2.5V to 5V. The built-in oscillator capacitor of ALx series is large for improved frequency stability. The BLx series offer reduced current consumption and drive levels for use of smaller crystals used in 5.0x3.2 mm and 3.2x2.5 mm packaging. The oscillator circuits achieve excellent phase noise characteristics.
