The 5019 series are high-frequency 3rd overtone crystal oscillator module ICs operating up to 170 MHz and operation at 2.5, 3.0 and 3.3 Volt supply. The series offer lower crystal current operation than 5005A and B series, low start up voltage, and excellent stability of operation over temperature, while maintaining good phase noise and jitter performance.

Target use: 7.0x5.0 mm and 5.0x3.2 mm packages and applications requiring good phase noise and jitter performance at high frequency. Design extends the frequency of operation with lower crystal current and power consumption than 5005 series and enables migration from 7.0x5.0 mm to 5.0x3.2 mm with better design margins. This series is best choice for package designs with external contacts for 100% DLD testing.
