SMH-01B01 thermopile-type infrared array sensor module with 8 x 8 elements in include Si-lens optical system as single module board for far infrared radiation detection.

This module is equipped with a sensor IC and an Si-lens optical system, and features an MCU with built-in A/D converter that generates digital output via an I2C interface, of both converted emission temperature of each sensor element and ambient temperature. A 20 to 200 variable gain preamplifier enables wide temperature range measurement using auto range control via software.

SMH-01B01 offers advantage of high output sensitivity and wide range of temperature detection.
