5014

The 5014 series are fundamental frequency crystal oscillator ICs for 3.3 and 5V operation up to 60 MHz using a low crystal current design and built-in capacitors similar to 5009. The chip size is optimized to fit 5.0x3.2 mm packages.

Target use: This series offer smaller chip size than 5009 aimed for 5.0x3.2 mm packaging and higher fundamental frequency operation. For 7.0 x 5.0 mm operation these offer options for higher frequency and different crystal drive levels match use of smaller crystals
