The 5028 series are miniature crystal oscillator module ICs operating 0.8 to 2.0 volts, making them ideal choices for single battery clock oscillator operation. The devices are fabricated using a proprietary low voltage process.

Three (3) pad layouts to suit various package options ranging from 7.0x5.0 mm to 2.5x2.0 mm, making these devices ideal for miniature crystal oscillators.
