The 5016 series are 1.8V operation crystal oscillator ICs operating in fundamental mode up to 50 MHz They are made on low-voltage process optimized for 1.8V operation for stable oscillation and excellent output duty cycle. They are ideally suited for battery-operated electronic equipment applications where small size, low-voltage operation, and low power dissipation are essential.

Target use: 1.8 Volt low power applications needing low phase noise and jitter performance, and fitting in 5.0x3.2 mm, 3.2x2.5 mm, or 7.0x5.0 mm ceramic LCC.
